Dr.
Fry is the founder of Fry Eye Associates. He is a fellow of the American
college of Surgeons and a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology.
His specialty is cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
He has performed more than 27,000 cataract surgeries. Dr. Fry stays
on the cutting edge of ophthalmic surgical technology by attending
and giving lectures worldwide. He also has the most state of the
art technology and equipment available, to assure only the highest
level of eye care. 
Dr.
Clifford joined the practice in 1995. He completed a joint fellowship
in the sub-specialties of cornea and glaucoma and spent a year
on staff at the prestigious King Khaled Eye Specialty Hospital
in Saudi Arabia. He is also certified by the American Board of
Ophthalmology and is very active within the Kansas State Ophthalmic
Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Gerald E. Lane
joined our medical staff in October of 2006. Dr. Lane lives
and see patients in our Liberal office. He received his
medical training in Kirksville, MO and he completed his residency in
ophthalmology at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa,
Oklahoma. Dr. Lane was in private practice in Olathe, KS for
12 years before joining the medical staff at Kansas University
Medical Center. Dr. Lane moved to Liberal from Gardner,
Kansas. We are pleased to have Dr. Lane on our staff!
Dr.
Hopkins also joined the practice in 1995. She is an optometrist and
the Practice Administrator. She is a member of the American Optometric
Association, the Kansas Optometric Association and the American
Society of Ophthalmic Administrators. Dr. Hopkins coordinates continuing
education meetings for the optometrists in Southwest Kansas. She
is currently serving as the Great Western Zone President for the
Kansas Optometric Association.
Dr.
Eric Fry joined Fry Eye Associates in 2007. "Dr.
Eric" is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Luther Fry. He complete
his medical and post-graduate training at Kansas University School
of Medicine. He specializes in oculo-plastics; which include
surgeries of the eyelids and tear drainage system. Like his
father, he also performs cataract and laser procedures.
